For the life of me, I cannot fathom why this guy is back in the lineup. Seriously. He cannot hit, lost us a game single-handedly (and said he would attempt to make the same play every time), and every throw to first base is an adventure.

Inge = hof jokes were a running gag back on the Disney boards. Seemingly half of all Detroit fans loved him and the other half hated him.

I was right in between. He couldn't hit his way out of a wet paper sack but was solid defensively, so I cut him a bit of slack, until this year. He hasn't been good offensively or defensively.

Everyone on the Tigers board wondered why pitchers would pitch to Inge like he was Babe Ruth and then turn around and pitch to Ordonez like he was Brandon Inge.
