For those who don't understand the magintude of this action, let me explain:
IMS was built with private funds. For all 103 years if it's existence, IMS has never used any source of funding for capital improvment other than it's own revenues.
I guess that the 'chickens' of Tony George's open wheel schism have finally come home to roost.
