ignore feature

Easiest way I have found to use this feature is:
1. Click on your username in the upper right of the page.
2. In the next screen find your name and look to the right on the same line, click where it says customize profile, or something to that effect.
3. In the left hand column click where it says edit ignore list.
4. Type in name of user you wish to ignore and hit save.

1) Click on their name
2) Click on the drop dox box that states "user Lists"
3) click on "Add to ignore list"

As someone else pointed out... if a post is quoted, you can still see posts by people you have on your ignore list.... To that end, I posted that I was glad Illinest made what he felt would be the best decision for him. I genuinely hope it works out for him and I both! By the way I saw this info from him in another thread.

To sum up:

I did not make the assumption you indicated I might have and
I did not do this for the motives you stated...

Well honestly it's one of those things with a long history. You talk sports on internet message boards long enough and you start to remember people. I remember Magnumo from at least two different other message boards for example. He might not know it since I changed my name but that's beside the point. The point is that we've all been around each other for a long time and sometimes even the guys that you think are new are just old guys with a new handle. Well Etrius has been playing the same game for a long time. He was excluded from the invitation to come to this board but he invited himself. Intentionally excluded? Well I can't say for sure but...

Anyways - Magnumo apparently can't ignore Etrius. He started shredding Etrius. Etrius wouldn't call it a 'shredding' but that's actually part of what makes him Etrius if you catch my drift. Etrius started acting like an internet tough guy so I called him on it. Next thing he's telling me to fuck off and he suggested that I use the ignore feature. I didn't know where to find it which brings us to this thread.

Illinest did NOT misquote you. In fact, he did NOT quote you. What he said was, "Next thing he's telling me to fuck off and he suggested that I use the ignore feature." Illinest's statement is absolutely true..... AND characterizes your post much more accurately than your denial and your false claim that you were misquoted.

Finally, there is no conceivable for an "Illinest Alert" (still more of your non-value-adding nonsense). Although Illinest and I disagree on some things, his posts are cogent and civilized (unlike yours).
