Rutgers AD should be fired. Rice only got a 3 game suspension and a fine. This is ridiculous. Here is a coach verbally and phsyically abusing his players and the school is going to stand behind him? I hope there are repercussions to Rutgers over this. IF for some reason Rice actually keeps his job I hope opposing coaches just show this video to recruits.

Makes me upset that Rice keeps his job over this and the AD isn't under scrutiny from an academic institutions for allowing this type of behavior.

This is the same school that fired a commentator for saying "Nappy headed hoes." regarding the schools womens basketball team, but they keep this coach around!??!?!

This was bad, and he should be fired. But, my guess is that these players probably thought it was normal behavior for coaches though. I have a hard time believing these players were able to convince other players to transfer in, and were able to recruit if they thought this was bad behavior.
