The HC said he talked to Slay about it, but I can't imagine that is true. Slay has been very vocal about how much he hates that guy.

I don’t know if he will actually have much exposure or access to the players in this role. Of course, you can’t avoid seeing him in the building and stuff but my understanding of the post is that he’s a sort of quality control/experienced guy that’s a sounding board for a rather inexperienced DC. I think he’s in the role that Fangio played for them last year.

Philly fans are up in arms about bringing in this loser. A colleague of mine who is a big Lions fan was laughing at me in the office. It's one of the first moves in a while by Philly that I really dislike. I'm scratching my head thinking, why? He was most famous in Philly before this for looking totally shocked when Pederson and Foles pulled the Philly Special on his ass during the Super Bowl (22 second mark).
