If the owner, coach and QB could all set their Egos aside for a moment here is the way this thing would play out at the end of the season.

Dan and Mike would sit down and Dan would say two things.

1. Im hiring a GM to handle player personel matters
2. Tell me why I shouldnt fire you as head coach as well.

MIke would then say
OK to Number 1
And lay out a plan that included firing Haslett and Burns in number two along with upgrading the O-line, D-line and secondary.

But sanity is off the table in Ashburn

I think mike would also have to let Kyle go. Apparently there is a problem between Kyle and rg3 as well as Kyle and dan.

This isn't as far fetched as it seems. Kyle will be in high demand. No matter what happens here, the guy can develop and offense. His record speaks for itself.

It's too bad, I'd rather keep Kyle than mike. I've have tactical issues with Kyle, especially some of his play calling in the red zone, but he's a good OC.

Now speculation suggesting a scenario with Mike staying, and Kyle at a minimum departing via Chris Russell. Said the source was close to Synders camp.

Reporting???? None of these guys do reporting, they just publish rumors. They are all just bloggers. Reporting involves check facts, verifying sources. etc. No one does that anymore. That takes time and requires effort. You will lose the breaking news war if you take the time to do that.

Its more important for todays bloggers to get an item out fast as opposed to get it out accurate.
