Does he go in as a Phil? I think he should, but I could also see him going in as a Red Sox.
he has his best years with arizona & boston, but was with the phillies 8 years which is at least twice as long as he was with any other team. but actually who really cares??Does he go in as a Phil? I think he should, but I could also see him going in as a Red Sox.

He's from Arizona, won a WS with Arizona and WS co-MVP and finished 2nd in Cy Young voting 2 years in a row there. Also won more awards in AZ than any of his other stops around the MLB. AZ should be in the discussion BUT he played the most games with Philly so there's that. It's a tough call.

With the Football HOF, player decides with which team his affiliation is going in. It is not uncommon for players to choose the "several" monikor when going in. I think they do that as well in baseball but I may be wrong.
Well Brahmsian. According to number one, MLB chooses the team, but I am like you. I thought the player chooses but again, I could be wrong here.
