God did a great thing when he made the football season right after summer. I'm always bummed when summer ends and we are staring down the barrel at 6 months of bad weather. But the silver lining is my favorite sport tees it up and it makes the pain go away.

It is a great sport in Sept and Oct. and it is still a great sport in Nov. and Dec. but I don't think those things I hear rattling those last two months are supposed to rattle.
