Slow cook them in stock/broth. The chicken will break up nicely if you want it to, but stays very moist regardless. I'll throw 8-10 breasts in with carrots & sech then take about half the breasts out after they are done, but leave the rest in for chicken soup of sorts. And like Bear said... Keep it neutral so you can prepare it any way you like when your about to eat it. You can add spices & hot sauces to the soup mix for a cajun style soup or keep it regular for simple chicken noodle soup. The breasts you take out are open for any business. Just a few ideas.
