So, how much money are these four draft picks going to make? Basically, anyone drafted in the 1st or 2nd round, with careful investing can be set for life. The third rounders are darn close.

Source: 2016 NFL Draft Tracker

Maliek Collins = contract: $3,500,000 | signing bonus: $881,000
Vincent Valentine = contract: $3,100,000 | signing bonus: $645,000
Alex Lewis = contract: $2,800,000 | signing bonus: $492,000
Andy Janovich = contract: $2,500,000 | signing bonus: $164,000

Mr. Irrelevant = contract: $2,400,000 | signing bonus: $59,000

Wow. Sure, not a lot when compared to the 1st rounders, but I would have KILLED for that when I left college.

Vince Valentine, you are a genius. You have your degree and a great payday.
Maliek Collins, congrats on now being able to provide for your family.
Alex Lewis, I knew he would get drafted. Never a doubt in my mind.
Andy Janovich, has to be thanking Coach Riley and staff for giving him the ball.

Ugh.... You need to get your cat scanned man. There's obviously something wrong with your head.

I do support my dear brother Shaq Barret tho. Very proud of him and his SB ring. Even if he had to wear the uniform of the Mules to get it.

Sorry, I became a donkey fan back in the days of the late 1960s.

I was a young football fan, but we went skiing in Colorado every year, so we followed the Broncos Football trials and tribulations of the late 1960s and early 1970s. It weren't purty.

1968 5-9
1969 5-8-1
1970 5-8-1
1971 4-9-1
1972 5-9
1973 7-5-2
1974 7-6-1
1975 6-8 my first year of college at Colorado School of Mines.

This is when I learned to call them the Donkeys.

After that, the rest is history with the magical 1977 season and Craig Morton and the Orange Crush Defense. The city of Denver and its suburbs was absolutely, positively insane.

Now you know why.

The first time I saw Denver play was at the end of that magical 1977 season. Trying to remember how that turned out.... Maybe you can help me?

You betcha. The first of 5 Super Bowl Losses.

But!!!!! Denver has also had three Super Bowl Victories.

All since 1977.

I can't seem to remember, how many appearances has KC had in the Super Bowl since 1977? :rolleyes2:

Pretty solid draft for the Huskers I'd say. Let's hope Riley can keep putting more and more talent in the NFL

saw that Price was going to Arizona's rookie mini-camp. Interesting considering how little he played. Then again, he's still only 22 years old, probably one of the youngest people to ever run out of eligibility because of how young he started college.

Yeah. He's a story of what could have been. Can't remember if he was 16 when he committed or when he showed up on campus, but that is tough as a lineman.

yea, i thought he was 17 when he got on campus. quick search says his B-day is Oct 1994, so you were right, 16 when he came to campus in 2011, so only 21 and out of eligibility, just crazy.

I really do think Gangwish has the right mentality to be a pro, but he's gonna have to luck out big time. Bengals are one of the pickiest teams in the league about signing undrafted FA's.

They can afford to be picky with the championship caliber roster they have currently, Boomer is a heck of a QB

Sterup got signed after Rookie Minicamp at KC, so he'll keep getting a chance.
