Made some Chicken & Noodles from scratch. Served over squished taters. Good stuff.

This was my first shot at making butter noodles. not too bad, even though I misread the recipe and added a little too much butter.

The fajitas didn't turn out near as good as I normally do, but the salsa is frackin bad azz......

I love making my own fresh salsa, just takes a long time......

Someone talked me into putting sweet corn in my salsa a long time ago.

FUCKED IT UP!!!

I put corn in half the batch (about 8 qts) and ended up giving them all away.

Actually, it's fairly mild (but still very tasty)....only two medium sized jalapeno peppers and one large-ish serrano pepper....

Did steaks on the grill tonight......was too lazy to go buy fresh corn to grill while making me steaks so microwave veggies......it was good, and I made an extra steak that I only ate a bit of to throw steak, egg, and cheese burrito's together for breakfasts en sech......

It's never a bad thing to have a little leftover steak available during the week......salad is real good with steak as well......healthier with chicken or turkey, but a nice steak salad is mighty tasty.......

I don't know if I could get fresh corn here or not now.....I know they still had some 2-3 weeks ago, but I was lazy and didn't even look for any.....

I think our growing season goes later in the year, but the best fresh corn we can get locally in stores is from Colorado....

Y'all are spoiled.....don't take it fer granted!!

Best hangover cure is going and getting a fatty McDonald's meal, scarfing it down, and then taking 4 ibuprofen while chugging 2-3 glasses of water.

This. and get up and move around. get out of the house. if you lay around a hangover sticks with you more. Not sure why
