2nd and 3rd 1 out 2 strikes on the batter and you try a suicide squeeze play Result was a foul ball for strike 3

Bottom of the ninth bases loaded 2 outs and you try a push bunt Result was a foul ball then the batter grounded out.

Hopefully these were decisions made by the batters, because I for one would like to think that MLB managers are smarter then this.
