And if Hurney is not reallly going to be involved in player personnel, as the article suggests, than what the fuck is his role anyway?
Is he particularly adept at the business side of football?

In Theroy if the FO is on same page as the Coach naturally the draft picks will turn out better even if country and skinsdad or Me are making the pick all the pick will fit our philosophy
