Sweet. Hopefully wooded.

I travel 2 1/2 to 3 hours and it's worth it.

today he is talkikng about trying to lower the price, and everyone tries that before they buy something but i think he might try to get it too low for the seller to go for

We bought ours in Boyd for $650 an acre about 10 years ago. We lease it out for pasture now. It pays the taxes but ya gotta watch where ya step around the fishing holes. lol

My grandpa owns about 3000 acres in south western kansas so we just drive about a mile out of town and its there. I can't imagine having to travel 3 hours.

yeah ground aint cheap its worse in SD, My father and I own 10 center pivot irrigation quarter sections in Nebraska but we rent the ground out and its farmed to the ditch plus 200 acres of pasture ground. We've been looking up here in SD but ground around here goes nuts.

i'm glad our deer lease is only like 30 or 45 minutes away from our house (back home)

the county we hunt in sponsored a helicopter hunt for wild hogs a few years ago

they were WAY over-populated... and they killed thousands i think

now that would be a badass hunting trip
