If you remember when they hired SM he said you are going to know when you play the Redskins. We are going to be physical and play hard. That sometimes meaning we are going to whip you on the LOS so I don't always have a problem with it. I would add that DY on short yardage situations has been pretty good in the past. You have to give the coaching staff for NOT giving up on the run today. It didn't always work. Philly stats were they were a good run D and that held true.

Cousins threw the ball 46 times. That is a lot and even more so for a young QB. I thought for the most part they called a good game.

My previous post was tongue in cheek because neither you, me or anyone else on here know what is called. That is just part of it. You have no idea if Cousin's changed the protection at the line of scrimmage or audibled to another play. So saying you didn't like the play calling is like saying you didn't like the descent angle of the space shuttle. Cousin's spoke today about not changing a protection in the red zone last week and Philly showed a similar D on the last TD and he did change the protection today and it allowed him to get the pass off.

The last drive was great. Kc decision making was spot on. He was on all game today. My point was in the first half when we should of put the Eagles away. I thought there should have been more play action passing b/c the eagles were playing the run. The deep shot to Ross was great. Wide open. The Eagles didn't respect our WR's at all today. We dominated the time of possession today which is great when you can score TD's. Cousins can win games for us.

So if the play calling on the winning drive was great, how can you call the play calling for the game as Awful? Here is everyone else's point. Stop being such a drama queen. Your labeling someone as awful after every game is a useless post. Kerrigan missed 2 sacks he should have had. It happens. He also got one to seal the win when we really needed it. And he was close on many other occasions. He wasn't awful, but he didn't have his best game.

how much more big time do you have to be when you close the game out with a sack vs a team who had a chance to tie or win the game ?

You don't play favorites? LOL. You are practically the president of the Kirk Cousins fan club (unless God forbid he throws a critical INT in a game). Don't get me wrong - I am excited by Cousins & give him all the credit in the world but lets be real here. Over the course of the season it is likely that all of the Redskins are going to have their highs and lows and that includes Kerrigan, Cousins and several other high profile players. Just about no player in the NFL excels every week.

lol true socal but when you give a guy a huge contract you expect him to make easy plays. Those were easy sacks he blew especially the one he gave up for the TD. I actually lost it when that play happened. I am a huge fan of KC and believe that he can make this team win but when he misses easy throws I would also critique his play just like any other player on this team. Any fan would.

When you have a turnover prone QB, which KC is, sometimes the jugular you step on is your own.

Damn that is some good flexibility.
