The answer is "pretty good".

ND has played 14 games vs SEC teams since 2000. In games where ND had the better record, they are 6-0. In the one game where ND and the SEC team had the same record, ND is 1-0. In games where ND had a worse record, they are 1-6. Thus, ND is up 1.5 games vs the SEC.
