.. Jordan Norwood's punt return ?!?

I've always liked him, but man, he showed some balls catching that punt and taking it down the sideline

Any more "How Great Was . . ? " moments you enjoyed ??

Pretty obvious catch interference missed by the refs. Luckily, Norwood made up for it. Awesome play in an awesome game leading to a championship.

My how great is: how great were all those sacks? Just a continuation of the AFC Championship game. That's how you win a Super Bowl. Either you have a great QB, or you harass the other teams great QB.

Go Broncos!

How Great Was... my reaction to all the missed holding calls on Von alone? A lot of missed calls for both teams but it aint easy being a ref. Gotta respect them though, ive been a referee before and wow is all I have to say. I have made a lot of parents mad for making obvious calls to protect their little shits...anyways ramble over. Congrats to the team, coaches, everyone. Must say he isn't getting too much credit right now with Peyton dominating story lines but How Great Was...Brock. Love not only him coming in and allowing us to keep the one seed (which i don't think we are celebrating now without) but for how professional he has handled the whole situation

Absolutely agree about the Norwood punt return. Took a lot of balls to even field that punt, let alone not call a fair catch and then break a long return off of it. Have to think that the Carolina coverage unit wasn't prepared for that!

How great was:

McManus in the playoffs

I team with a great defense that plays games close down to the wire needs a clutch kicker - and he was that

McManus was clutch, as was Colquit, and our whole STs. Spotty offense + solid STs + historically stellar defense = Championship!

How did von miller only have 35 tackles in the regular season? 6 last night.........DE, or OLB seems like he would have had more, was there injury? I knew he was good but his playoff run is sickening

How great was our O-line's performance compared to what was expected/feared?

Except for Schofield, who I personally think should be shot, I think the O-line played pretty well.

Watching the play live, I thought if Todd Davis had looked back the other way he would have made a block that would have given Norwood the first PR in SB history. Haven't watched a replay to see if that is actually the case.

This is because the Broncos have many talented players making plays - on most occasions during the season - the Broncos had Miller play contain, or was in coverage or was rushing during an obvious pass situation - most of the teams ran away from where Miller was - hence less tackles.

You are right that if they would have just made that one more block looking back it would have easily been a touchdown. Thankfully it didn't matter in the end!

For me my how great was...Chris Harris. The man throughout the playoffs needed help brushing his teeth because he could lift his arm up. He said that most would have gone on IR but he decided to tough it out for his teammates. He gave up I think only 1 catch last night for 10 yards. Cam wouldn't even look his way. As much hype as Norman got before the game he was not the best Corner in that game.

To be fair, DT didn't exactly light up Norman.

That is true...Norman though had a huge play with his penalty. That to me is why I give Harris the advantage of best Corner on the field in he just dominated every single play. Norman's penalty cost his team not only time but eventually a touchdown. It ended the game.

Not sure what to do with DT's salary. More often than not you don't need a WR to win in the playoffs.
zero catches last two games.
This would probably be one of the first places to look in 2016 in order to retain Malik and some of the other defensive players.

The problem is DT's contract is our worst one. It is a $25.8 million dead money hit to cut him. That is more than what is actual cap hit for the year is. We would lose $10 million more to cut him. He is a Bronco this next year. Just have to live with that and hope we see more of the old DT that had those dynamic plays throughout the year than the shell of that player.

Should the Broncos adapt the white jerseys as their official home jerseys? I am pretty sure they will always be choosing white for the super bowl when given the chance from now on.

They won't do anything with DT. The man had a bad season and still had 105 catches for over 1300 yards. Look for him to level off next year and get his head back in the game. I honestly did not expect a big game from DT in part due to his performance all year and in part because Norman covered him. Those two pretty much took each other out of the game.
