I grew up in Chi town. But been an Illini follower for a good 40+ years. Had friends who played there.
I wouldn't call myself a NU fan right now. But love what Fritz is doing with that program. That and the mayhem in Champaign, might make me change. But I'm an old school guy, changes like that aren't easy.
