It transpires that the horse, due to limitations attached to him by his computer, cannot make a banner the exact size required by SportsHoopla. SportsHoopla has to stretch the banner just a wee bit, but enough to make it blurry. IPW had actually requested all the banners he made to be taken down.

Sadness.

So who wants to make one?
