I just looked at Wes Ferrell’s stats. He has 38-homers while on the hill compared to 3 for Ohtani. I don’t know the trivia answer. Spahn was an NL’er

- #1 On 04-Sep-1964, Piniella pinch-ran for Orioles pitcher Robin Roberts.

- #2 On 08-Apr-1969, he hit a double off the Twins’ Tom Hall in the first at-bat in the history of the Kansas City Royals. After the 1967 season Kansas City lost the A’s to Oakland & were awarded the Royals expansion team.
