Last week’s wrap up is in the previous post.

Which Hall of Famer was the first to hit pinch-hit grand slams in both leagues?

Hint: #1 He led the majors in home runs in four seasons but led his league in strikeouts seven times.

Hint: #2 He has the fifth-highest WAR for any player born in the state of Maryland.

Those look like Frank "Home Run' Baker stats

Pretty sure Home Run Baker is the player.

Thats kinda what I thought, but those stats O.S. posted says he played in the A.L. his whole career....

And the question was:
Which Hall of Famer was the first to hit pinch-hit grand slams in both leagues?

So I'm not sure what the answer is....

First intuition was Bags, but part of the question was, where he grew up.......sounds to me he is from somewhere else....

I thought this would be easy.....lol....there just cant be many 400 hr hitters in Houstons career....mustve been a freeagent or a traded player that hit his 400th in Houston....

I wanna take a stab at I don't know...

One of the few where I guessed right. I use to attend this big HS legion Father’s Day tournament in my hometown of Pueblo, Colorado that a Vegas team attended. I asked the Vegas coach about the Harper kid and he replied, he is the real deal. The legion coach was right.
