callahan is a pretty good o-line coach, i'd hire him there. I'd fire Pap, Bo needs someone who knows defense, not an understudy. I'm not killing someone, but Cosgrove can eat some shit.

I'm convinced Bo cannot run a defense without a 1st round/top 5 pick quality DT. ie...Suh and Dorsey.

His scheme is shit and when it breaks, it breaks huge resulting in blowouts.

Keep Bo as HC, but get rid of his lackey Papuchis and bring in a proven DC with fresh ideas and sound fundamentals. Tell Bo to keep his hands off and just manage the program.

Bc we could have had one of the stoop brothers come here after he was fired from zona when we didn't get him I knew he only wants his style of defense

So find run it: don't let nobody else do it just you we don't need help on offense outside of real OL and a legit OL coach.

To be honest I'm ready for a new defensive staff that can make adjust ment and not look they are on PCP with their eyes bout to pop out. I just don't buy this whole "quick fix" since suh left the defense has been getting worse and worse

Considering that we are paying Bo almost 3 million per year, he seems to be the bigger waste of money. I've said this before----Bo had a couple of uber-talented defensive players his first couple of years as HC that masked all the faults with his defenses. Now without said talent we're seeing a defense that isn't that much better than Cosgrove's.

Just saying if Bo's running the defense and Papuchis is just a lackey with little contribution other than title than that's $300K that can be spent better elsewhere. T.O. didn't have an offensive coordinator. He was the OC.

No matter how you slice it, Nebraska's going to have to pay a HC $3 mil or more if they want to be competitive.

I personally think Bo should hire a real DC, pay him $500K and hand over the reins to him.
