I've heard that-also bad insomnia, I never had either.

I had excessive joint pain and swelling in some strange areas.

I've mentioned on here before that I quit with the lozenge. Worked great for me, but you have to 100% want to quit. Best thing you'll ever do, but it is BRUTAL for those first 6 weeks....
