I pay a lot of attention to volleyball and women's basketball. At a young age, when football was going on we were expected to be at the volleyball games to support the girls and same in basketball season.

We also sometimes served as practice players for volleyball and basketball so they could simulate a bigger block and other things to help out. I learned volleyball rules and took interest from there.

To be honest, I enjoy watching volleyball and women's basketball much more than baseball.

I friggin hate this time of year. We have 2 dam games left and then we sit and wait for the season to start again. The offseason is depressing. Why cant there be a semi watchable league in the summer?

I was a pretty good football player back in the day. BUT, honestly, if there was boys volleyball in state sanctioned athletics I would have played that instead.
