He's not a great regular season QB, but he gets it done in the post-season. Just like he has twice before.

But I am still not seeing how Eli won that game. If I recall correctly, it was 2 special teams gaffes that led to the Giants win, right? Wasn't this also the same game Alex Smith threw 2 TD pases?

All I'll say about payroll is it can help, but it never provides.

Meaning there is no such thing as going out and buying a championship. Any baseball fan that has had the pleasure of watching their team play all year and winning it all will attest to that.

It's usually only those who have no experience of seeing their team winning a World Series that think you can "buy" them.
