I'm a former resident of Council Bluffs (I know, lol and all that shit), the Iowa fans in SW Iowa are completely obsessed with Nebraska football. To the point that if Iowa loses and Nebraska loses on the same day they are happier than if they both win. And on the rare occasion Iowa wins and Nebraska loses, its a holiday. For those people, Friday is the Super Bowl, National Championship, Christmas, you name it all rolled into one.

Don't go getting silly now sir.......with two of the better teams ineligible, that means our lesser teams are going to be matched against better teams than they would normally be matched up to begin with.

And the B1G is definitely down this year......I'm not expecting very much from the bowls as a conference this year......
