Most of his core players are one and dones and if they went to UK or Miss St, they would be 1st round draft picks.

Cal is tops at recruiting and keeping egos in check and recruiting.

I think Cal is still Cal and he is continuing to recruit at the highest level. The issue with this year's Kentucky team is that they have a bunch of Iso-type players, highly ranked players coming into college, but lacking the team aspect that mesh teams together with lesser talent. They can still become a great team, but this is just a year that UK's roster seems to be a hot mess even though they are very talented.
