since the steelers choked and the hockey moratorium is in full force, january needs some bucco talk to get us through.

do any of you go to bradenton at all. i never have, have wanted to, but ........

sych, I think I will be gong next spring and will be trying to go every year or every other year after that. Wife has already ok'd it now I just have to save up the money for it.

I went as a kid. I scored Mark Johnson's autograph.

I remember sitting right behind the dugout and there was a lot of interaction with the players. It was 18 to 20 years ago so I don't remember much, except I enjoyed it greatly.

I went once, in the early 2000's. Five guys from the ESPN Pirates' discussion board agreed to meet for a game..... but only two showed up (including me). It was relatively easy for me back then, since my parents were still living in Venice, FL, just south of Sarasota. (Bradenton is just north of Sarasota.)

I'd like to do it again some time..... but Pittsburgh is a lot closer to where I live (and my brother and his family still live in the Pittsburgh area); hence it's a lot easier for me to get to PNC Park.
