With Martin's signing. 2yrs 17M ( 8.5M Per Yr ) and with a good number of raises to come to Pirate players through arbitration.

Plus, with the substantial pay raise due to come to Hanrahan in salary arbitration, do my fellow board members feel as I do, that the Bucs will not pay Hanrahan? ( Especially considering what they just paid Martin. )

Do you folks feel Hammer will be traded next week? If so, what package do you feel the Pirates could get for him?

What would you like to see us come away with in a potential Hanrahan trade?

What, if any other moves do you see the Pirates making, to possibly improve the team for next season at this yrs winter meetings?

All Hot Stove thoughts welcome.

Thanks,

Burgh

Words out that there isn't much interest. Just need to sit on him until the deadline. That is when people pay for closers.

Probably end up dumping him for a younger, lesser reliever. That's just my guess though.
