preston smith is going to cut into someone's playing time on the outside.
You could add McCoy to that list. Any backup could start a game with an injury happening. There should be a post titled Backups that could take a starting job this season.
dude got 8 sacks last year. if he makes the jump going to be a good problem for JB. We haven't seen anything out of galette. you just assume he's going to be an altered beast this season.NO he's not. As long as Kerrigan and Gallette stay healthy, they will get the bulk of the snaps.
BUT... Smith will get rotated in for around 30% of the plays........ unless Joe Barry is the complete fuckup I think he is.

Or put them on the field at the same time in pass situationsNope.. I assume that if Gallette is healthy he will be the starter. Thus Smith will have to take the job away. But smart money says if Barry has even the smallest of fucking clues (which I still seriously doubt) he will rotate the three of them (Kerrigan, Gallette, and Smith) to keep all of them fresh.
i didn't say smith would be the starter but if he keeps improving he's going to cut into someone's playing time. like i said, its a nice problem to have.Or put them on the field at the same time in pass situations
If he keeps improving, then you are probably right. One significant reason is that galette is on a 1 year deal so he may not be back next year. This will be a good grooming year for smith.i didn't say smith would be the starter but if he keeps improving he's going to cut into someone's playing time. like i said, its a nice problem to have.
to be honest i don't think galette is going to get a long term deal here if smith develops like i think he is going to unless its team friendly. I like that GMSM has gotten us really good depth at big money positions so they can deal with a lot of those contract negotiations from a position of strength if need be.If he keeps improving, then you are probably right. Or we could use dean logic and move smith to De and call him a bust
i think a rb not named matt jones might start throw fuller as a starting nickel breeland , norman, fuller thats killer cb rotate dunbar in and out , out of all the rookies i can see fuller getting the most playing time , doctson, sua cravens will get playing towards end of season
i have not heard anything postive or negtive on sua craven, doctson, idonnis, rb mitchell, ilb danels just hearing about fuller
anything on sudfield
