POLL Gun Cleaning: Who likes it?

Maybe I am a nerd but one of the things I enjoy almost as much as target shooting is cleaning my weapons afterwards. Am I the only one who enjoys the cleaning part?

2nd part: What does everyone swear by when it comes to gun cleaning. Do you think a cleaner is just a cleaner or do you like to "splurge" on some of the more perceived quality products. I have used your traditional Hoppes but think I have found my groove with Gunzilla seen below.

I clean with Hoppes and done a 180 on oil. Been using automotive lythium grease on things that slide and 10w30 on things that rotate.

I can't say I have an opinion either way. It's just more chores to do. I do agree though, I love the smell.

I use Hoppes 9 as beard oil.

That's rather interesting because my wife absolutely hates it. I can be Cleaning guns in the shop and she is in the house and she will still say she can smell it. The house and shop are 20 yards apart by the way.
