Yes, that's how that would work, brainiac. Are you expecting the Giants to overtake them in the division?
That would be one epic dump by the Bucs. Of course, the Giants are in Pit this weekend, so if they sweep, that could be the start.Yes, that's how that would work, brainiac.
Yeah, I called that a couple of weeks ago. I see them surging and the Pirates dumping.

Ok. Y'all think Pittsburgh is a lock. They are definitely in the lead, of course, but only 5 up on the 2nd wildcard team.Pittsburgh, unless they have a plane crash, is a lock.
Chicago also looks pretty skrong, except I don't know how many games they have left vs the Cards n Bucs.
AL: who cares?
Yeah, I just looked at the head to head, and Pitt is only 5-7 vs the Cubs, 21-29 vs the division,so they could trade places. I'm just not convinced that the Giants will pass one of them.Ok. They play the Giants 4 times, the Cubs 6, the Cards 6, and the Dodgers 3.
That's a big potential for a drop, and, IMO, definitely not a "lock."
I guess we will all see.
I think Nino Brown said it best when he said, "Fuck them scungili-eatin motherfuckers"Funny how everyone who has guessed has Yanks losing the division.

In the Cubs last 46 games they play the Cardinals and Pirates 12 times ( 6 at home and 6 on the road )... Of their last 46 games the Cubs have 27 vs teams that currently have losing records and 19 against teams with winning records.
