Gronk is back!!

So he's finally been cleared to play by Dr. James Andrews. Who's starting him(if you own him) and what kind of production can we expect? Will he jump right in like he was never injured? Or will it take him awhile to get back into the swing of things? Annnnnnd.....go.

from what his teammates were supposedly saying about his practices last week, he should be good to go. If I didnt have another decent option, Id roll him out this week.

He's been practicing so he shouldn't be rusty. A lot of what's been floating around suggests a kind of impatience, which to me means the team thought he's been good to go for a little while already. Practice isn't the same as a game, but he's not a rookie. No good reason for him not to play well. (That doesn't rule out bad reasons, of course.)

I've got him in all 4 of my leagues and he'll start in 3 of them this weekend. Only Julius Thomas from Denver gets the nod over him in one of them.

no idea, i know he is practicing with the team so knowledge wise he should be okay, i don't know how long it's going to take him to get into game speed, but that doesn't matter for Gronk because it's not like he is running great route and blowing by defenders. he just uses the big frame of his and boxes out defenders.

The thing i'm going to be most interested in seeing is, how he holds up to getting hit or laying out to make a catch.

I can't imagine any owner who spent a fairly high draft pick on this guy, and than sat him for six weeks, not starting him this week, and I sure wouldn't blame them.
Now if he isn't instantly the focus of the opposing team's defenses than some coordinators' heads need to start rolling, but it's not like that hasn't been the case at other times and he's been just fine

the question is... how long is he back for?? when will his glass elbow get hurt again... will he be blocking anymore kicks???
