If Lin would have fouled sooner, there might be more time available.

This was a good game and demonstrated the Lakers are getting back to playing elite level basketball but coming up short.

Kobe barely missed, oh well. The Lakers actually showed heart tonight, they shouldn't feel too discouraged about this loss.

We have a re-match with Indiana on Sunday, we need to win that game.

Apparently Byron was the one who wanted to foul with 10 seconds left for some unknown reason. Said it didn't really make a difference anyway, which is just very confusing. I really like Byron as a coach but I don't get his reasoning on this at all, this is clock management 101.

We did end up getting the last shot anyway, that much is true, but there is a huge difference between a shot and a shot taken with .6 left on the clock.

There's no reasoning. He just messed up. Between this coaching miscue and what he said today about Kobe needing to shoot more even though the team and Kobe are better of late with him as a distributor (Kobe even admits it somewhat), you just have to shake your head at Scott. It does make you pause for a minute and think "Hmm. Maybe they really are tanking to keep that Top 5 pick".
