Grilled Artichokes are pretty bomb as well.

I boil them for 10 mins to soften them, then cut them down the middle. Rub oil on cut-side faces (salt & pepper for taste). Place each half cut-side down on the grill and let them sear for another 10 mins.

Delicious

Mostly just corn on the cob and "baked" potatoes. I wrap both in aluminum foil.

Grilled sweet white corn on the cob is great. Leave all the husk on and run under some water for a few seconds right before you put it on. I've found that's just as good as soaking it. Butter and anything salty is good, but I've had it with butter, mayo (yes, mayo), Parmesan cheese, and chili powder and that was fucking awesome.

When I grill veggies I brush them all with olive oil and add seasoning based on the veggie:
Yellow squash - lemon pepper
Zucchini - season all
Red bell peppers - garlic salt
Portabellos - Worcestershire or soy sauce (butter instead of olive oil)

Here's a great hors d'ouevre I like to make:
Slice a sweet potato into 1/4 inch slices, brush both sides liberally with olive oil, sprinkle with pepper and garlic salt and grill. They'll take 10-20 minutes. I pull them off as soon as they start to get soft, but before they get too soft. People who don't like sweet potatoes (like me) will like them.

Apples cut in half. Bananas cut in half lengthwise. Pineapple either in chunks on skewers or thick rings. Throw them on as is. That's the easiest way to do it. Oh and make sure to oil the grill or else they stick.

If you want to get fancy, you can do stuff like soaking the pineapples in rum first, sprinkling cinnamon on the apples, coating the banana in brown sugar.

Sometimes the misses and I grille whole button mushrooms, sliced of zucchini, red peppers and sweet onions.

Damn tasty side dish to just about any entree.

Grilled about every kind fo the usual veggies. It's amazing how it tastes so much better, really brings out the flavor. Our go to is grilled corn.

Other than pineapple, I've never really tried fruit.

I want to try grilling mango, but that can get tricky. You have to be really careful to get all of the skin off because it has the same chemical in it that makes poison ivy poisonous though obviously not in the same amounts. If you burn any of that mango skin...oh man.

For fruit, I grill pineapple and necterines/peaches. Put a little sugar and cinnemon on those nectarines and it's absolutely delicious.
For veggies I do corn, squash, asparagus and zukes. I also infa-red those little sweet peppers to get a good char.

Pineapple with honey brushed over it and sprinkled with cayenne pepper. Also grilled peaches and mango. Will grill just about any veggie.
