It was a great win. I was flipping out on those 2 point attempts. didn't make sense at all. I find it funny that Hop made one Xp into the wind but he also missed one. Cursing Gk all night when we went or 2.

It only made sense if you weren't confident that either your kicker could make it at that end with the wind (which proved to be true) or you weren't confident that your new long snapper was n sync with the holder and kicker just yet (saw no evidence of that).

Best game I've ever seen kirk play. The fact that he appears to still be improving is awesome. I'll be surprised if hes not back next year and at this point I don't see any argument for letting him walk.

But what about the one when the wind was at our back and he still went for 2? It was a read option for KC. I didn't understand why they didn't kick it.

I agree. They were chasing that lost extra point from earlier. Go ahead and just kick it and forget about the one that got away. Gruden is proving to be ballsy as a coach. He plays to win. You of all people should appreciate that. But that doesn't mean you have to take risks every time.

As I said earlier I hated the decision, like Pittsburg the week before they chased that point all game. They did only go 1 for 2 on kicks but they also went 0-2 on two point attempts, never getting close.


Was it just me or did Hail To The Redskins sound like it was performed by the Salvation Army Band?

Actually, the biggest play of the game was Gruden going for it on 4th down in GB territory. We down get that and the entire outcome of the game could be different.

Then wind was a factor all over that field. Trust me. I played golf in it that day. Craziest round I have ever played. it was a steady 30mph swirling around with gust up to 50 mph. Knowing that, I find it that much more amazing what KC did passing last night.

One other point I haven't seen discussed here. Is Ty Nseke just balling or what? This guy may stay in the lineup once Trent returns. We may see Trent become our LG. Not saying he is a better LT that Trent, but our Oline is better with both in the lineup. Can you imagine that Oline with Trent and Ty on the left side?

It will never happen but you are certainly correct in that both on the field is better than one of them on the field.

Really nice win and great to see the offense which has performed mostly well this year go big time last night. Not to pee on anyone's parade but that is what we were supposed to do to their D. They are hurting in the defensive backfield. What was impressive is they did it in all that wind. Also great to see Fat Rob play well again.

Defensively we gave up a ton of yards and our pass rush was only okay against a mostly injured Oline for the Pack. Some of that was caused by Rogers and his slick feet. Kerrigan grabbed air twice and Murph was running in circles.

All in all a win they needed and some long balls for Breed.

Liked the game plan with Cravens being a robber on Rodgers however he and both Murphy played "out of control" and lost discipline of their assignment. Murphy looked ridiculous chasing Rodgers around.

I liked it when we were headed into the wind. The two pointer into the wind was about 30-40% more valuable.

On a regular comparison it is only about 10% more valuable. Like I said last night, I liked going for 2 going into the wind...I would have kicked the ball downwind.
