After the end of the season, Wilf just needs to clean house. Start with an actual football guy as president, let him set up a plan, hire the guys he wants and start over from scratch. Let him blow it all the way up and forget about trying to be a mediocre team, build a real team. Something they've never done, they've always tried to be the dutch kid with his finger patching the hole in the dike.
