Pierre = Peter.
so Forsberg / Stastny / Mahovolich would all be miles ahead of Turgeon
hard to believe there wouldn't be a better Bill than Smith... but I can't think of one.

Bill Barber?

forsberg followed by bondra

That's a tough one for me. Almost identical point totals, though Bondra had twice as many goals. I think maybe Forsberg, but then I think he had a much better supporting cast than Bondra ever did. In any case, someone else was right - it's Stasny. Tough name!

but gotta go with Stevens

Agree, Stevens over Niedermayer.

I was using a technicality. As for Bill, Guerin? Where does Willi Plett come in? lol. Bill Barber? Bill Durnan-Montreal Canadiens History ? 6 time Vezina winner between 1944-1950.

yeah, there would be your winner.
I've been trying to think of some of the oldtimers

Joe Malone was pretty shit-hot back in the day - 44 goals in a 20 game schedule in 1917-18
George Hainsworth - 22 shutouts in a 44 game season in 1928-29. GAA for the season was 0.92.

Alex - Delvecchio or Moginly? Kovalev as dark horse?

I know he's still young, but none of these. Gotta be Ovechkin. He'll pass these guys in points and/or goals before he's 30.

And before you call me a big homer, Alexander Mogilny was the only non-Capital I ever had a poster of on my wall. I'd still put him behind Ovechkin and Delvecchio though.

I don't know how some people are going to feel about this; Lemieux and Bertuzzi are the greatest Claude and Todd, respectively.
