There isn't anyone there I don't like really. That is impressive depth to have quality for the most part 9 deep.
Then we get our defensive line depth back to be able to rotate guys in and out. Our question mark really is at LB, but I like the fact that Burfict is on track even if the results are predictable. We added a quality young LB that reminds me a lot of Burfict, in Dawson. Doesn't show up in the top in measurables, but smarts and instincts always puts him in on the play. Hawk is a veteran leader who has been on winning teams and can help bring some fire and passion to the core along with some added depth.
Really liking our defense and offense really if we go to a more 50/50 balanced offense with unpredictable play calling to help Dalton and our WR's out. Take some pressure off them. Plus, a good defense will take more pressure off them not forcing them to have to put up 30+ points to win a game.
I am getting a little more excited about the team, and I know it is because football camp starts tomorrow, and it is making me a little homerish, but I really think we are in a pretty good situation depending all on Dalton of course. Hue is going homer too and saying he believes with the way he has tweeked things, that Dalton will have the best season of his career. I don't see how that is possible yards and TD wise with Hill and Bernard back there, but perhaps he can really improve his efficiency for QB rating and TD/INT ratio this year. We will see. Excited about camp and getting to see some of these young guys play.
