Dreger is reporting that the Flyers may put Gagne on waivers if they cannot find a trade partner.

Why is it when the Flyers are in a cap bind no one wants to trade, but Chicago puts themselves in a bind and teams line up to bail them out? WTF?

it is more of, if nobody gagne wants to go to. he has to approve the team. this is a dumb move though. lets get nothing for gagne rather than trade carter. also, i would rather waive hartnell than gagne if we are going to waive someone.

this would be a dumb move. at least trade him for picks. the guy scores some of the best goals in our history so we want to waive him? this makes no sense.

if he gets waived i will be extremely upset.. like scott said, trade carter for something (probably lots of something).. or lose gagne for nothing.. what a waste

and also now that its reported, there's very little chance hte flyers get anything of substance, if they an even find anyone that wont just wait for him to hit waivers

i doubt he gets waived. i think on sarah baicker's twitter it says it is unlikely.
