The rule sucks, but it is the rule..... As for the Ravens - Their offense gave us more fits than the other teams we played this season, but I think they'd be even better without Cameron. One of these days we'll get some safeties that can play.

In retrospect I think they should have played the safeties up and took Rice away, since playing deep didn't help them at all in dealing with Torrey Smith....

Hell, on the only huge run Rice had all day Crocker was right there in the hole to make the tackle, but whiffed.

Yeah he had 105 on 20 carries, but in reality it was 46 on 19 carries plus one major fuckup.....

It's beyond me why they didn't just double Smith all game long with a CB under and a Safety over. Every play. Much like last night's game. KC didn't allow Welker single coverage until the game was pretty much over. The CB jammed him at the line and the safety was always right there to help over-top.

Rice is bound to pop a long run here and there. Overall, the defense did a good job of containing him, but for the love, if our safeties can't cover, they had better be able to make those kinds of tackles when they are there to make the stop. The Crocker whiff is inexcusable, IMO.
