I don't care if they get along. First and foremost I want to see them win. Then I want to see the offense look like a real NFL offense should.

I really think it will depend on the year and how close they get. If the Bears get close, like nice playoff run or a Superbowl loss, everyone will stick around. If the Bears either win the SB or tank the season then all bets are off.
