I'll be going to take my tour of the Console Energy Center today. I'm so pumped to finally being able to see it. I've only heard good things.

Just got back. The place is sick. Whereas the Civic Arena was obviously built for the orchestra and as a multipurpose facility, every single decision that went into making the CEC come alive was geared towards hockey. It gave me goosebumps to walk through that building, after all of the controversy about getting a new place. I was worried that I would be a bit indifferent to it because the Civic Arena was always home, but they made it feel perfect. Can't wait for home opener.
