Hope everyone had a great Thanksgiving. Low key here at the PU household, just the family and one friend and her kid.

I did manage to absolutely destroy Ms. Puck's oil filter housing on her Rav4, so getting ready to call AAA and have it towed. I fired it up and oil started spewing all over from the filter area on the sidewalk, street, and gutter. I doused the whole area with absorbent so I don't cause a Valdez situation in my neighborhood.

I damaged something for sure - not your typical spin out filter, Toyota made some convoluted three-stage cartridge style filter that needs a special filter wrench and everything on the 2010 model. Absolutely one of the most absurd filter setups I have ever seen. Over 100 oil changes in my life and have never experienced anything like this.

The bill for this should be fun.
