It may be cliche, but those closed door meetings really seem to work wonders. The one Ottawa had after they got ripped by Colorado seems to have woken them up.

Theres still tons of hockey left. I'm just worried about the lack of effort. Just looks like guys are giving up on plays. I know this team has tons of talent and will turn their play around before it is too late... What I am not looking forward to is who is going to get moved to make that change happen. I really like the team as is, but sometimes you gotta shake things up.
