They really need to get to Lincecum early, he has been bad this year, no reason to let him off the hook.
I'd probably go Polanco - Cutch back to back, Martin will help too when he's back. You can go 7 deep with above average hitters with Martin in the lineup.
Also good for Josh Harrison playing the util role to perfection.
Agreed on all counts. And I think Harrison has found a permanent home on our bench. It's great to have his versatility, but he can also get red hot for stretches and really give the offense a boost, and that's great to have off the bench.
When Polanco's up, I look to deal Snider for some kind of depth, I guess. Probably in the bullpen, if possible. Ideally, I think Polanco should play center, Cutch in left, and Marte in right, but I doubt that happens. My lineup would be:
