Get well soon IPW and Boss GDT

As we all know, IPW is having some kind of surgery today, and Boss is seeing the doctor to find out why he seems to be having some complications with his medical issue. Let's all wish them both best wishes and hope for a speedy recovery. They're both great people and we're lucky to have such classy guys as members on this board. they will both be missed while they recover.

Well I'm here now. The good news is I do not need to go into the hospital at this time because my INR level dropped. The bad news is it dropped waaaaay to low. The Dr's are confused and so am I, so I need to write down everything I eat and drink. It's important to stay on a strict diet with these med's (NO vitamin K!) and I have.

So it's back next week to have it checked again. High is bad because the blood is too thin and can cause hemorrhaging (like I had last week) low is bad because it doesn't dissolve the blood clots in the lungs.

I'm sure they will figure it out soon and get me back on my feet because I'm starting to feel like the Tim Connolly of the fan base.

IPW, I hope what ever needs to be fixed they get it done for you buddy. Not sure of the procedure you're having 3 to 4 hour surgery it's obviously not tonsils. Take care my friend and PLEASE get well soon.

Awesome news, Boss. But still this thread needs more posts. IPW is one of the coolest posters we have. Well, not quite as cool without Boss, but he's still ok. He's cooler than DerringerEagle. Probably. I mean, he is having surgery. And I think the surgeon was educated in Alabama. Still, patients are mostly very happy with the results there. Mostly.
