Casilla, Mota, and Cain would be best equipped to pitch high in the zone. It's a problem.

That's what I was afraid of. Mota scares the crap outta me and I don't want Cain to come out of the pen.....especially being on 3 days rest. Casilla can't go 6 innings, lol. Would Kontos do well?

I was surprised to see Navarro in today as well. Not sure why they wouldn't run Hannigan out there. I know Mesoraco has caught for him in the past, so I know he's not specific to Navarro

Yeah, it seemed strange. Whether it was just the Giants bats struggling or Hannigan's game calling, whatever it was, was working. Why change? It's like Dusty is punishing the two guys who were responsible for the run last night.

Be careful with this guy, he can hit. I think he hit a homer off of Cain earlier this year.

Classic Dusty. He sat Jay Bruce in the middle of a 16+ game stretch where he was hitting over .500 with like 9 HRs.

Kontos? I don't think so. His out pitch is the slider low and away. If the hitters can lay off of it, then he's vulnerable.

Damn, Phillips is locked in on his swing.....and scary. Loud foul ball there. Nice try by Moped, but BABIP'd.

On the flip side, Iassogna has the second largest "high strike" zone in the majors.

Ump is calling exactly to his scouting report. This is going to be a struggle for Zito to get through four or five innings.
