I'm a little dissappointed that Burrell isn't out there because I'd much rather see him than Ross. Give a good at bat each time.

Thank god for last year's WS Championship. I don't think I could take this year's season without it. I'm much more relaxed about everything. Not thrilled with our results the last few weeks but I'm still rather calm. Don't feel like this is a 'do or die' season for us. Now if we had lost the series - my expections would be right up there with the Philt trolls. This would have to be the year we needed to take it all - and I would have started my self-destruct sequence about the time of Posey's injury ... would have been approaching meltdown about now

BeerMe - big part of this is that I live in NY - really don't get to see them all that much. Most of the time on MLB Gamecast. Don't get the constant media attention that is probably fueling the fire. Much easier looking at them from a distance then being involved in the local media approach. When NY teams start having issue - the media crucifies them
