Well, you know it's going bad when Franchez makes two outs in a game. I don't think he made two outs all week until tonight.

Lincecum battled tonight without his best stuff. Except for the 3-run bomb, he didn't pitch too badly. Hope he continues to improve, and learned something from tonight.

Would have been nice to pull out the previous game - like stealing one. Just need to take two of three here.....but they're making it tough on themselves.

I'm just not seeing much improvement. Would love to disentangle the control problems from the velocity issues. His old over-the-top delivery resulted in straighter pitches, did he abandon that to get more movement because of the lost velocity?

Not mad at Lincecum today, the offense mailed it in from the first inning.

I hope Lincecum builds on this.

We are going to lose many more this year. Just hope it's only about 10 more.
